5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time for funds held as real balance in your tez777 account. Bonus balance is subject to applicable wagering requirements before it becomes withdrawable as real balance. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit where possible. In circumstances where this is not possible, tez777 may request alternative payment details and may require additional verification before processing.

• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is standard practice and is required for all accounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tez777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

Key principles that apply to all tez777 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance. Bonus balance becomes withdrawable as real balance only after the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• VIP cashback credits are an exception — these are credited as real PKR balance with no wagering requirement, as described in the VIP programme terms.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) before withdrawal. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be closed and the balance associated with the prohibited activity will be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

tez777 may suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, protective action on the request of the account holder, or as part of a responsible gaming intervention.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting tez777 support. Any real balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder following completion of identity verification, subject to standard withdrawal processing terms. Bonus balance will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless it has already been converted to real balance through completion of wagering requirements.

Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms will have their balances assessed on a case-by-case basis. Balances associated with prohibited activity or fraud will be forfeited in full. Balances determined to be legitimately earned may be returned at tez777's discretion following investigation.

10 Intellectual Property
